NATIONAL AVIATION DAY

NATIONAL AVIATION DAY

Today is National Aviation Day!

National Aviation Day was first celebrated in 1939 to recognise the achievements and developments in the aviation industry. Today, the day represents much more with the vast developments, software and technology that is available to now enhance the aviation industry in a magnitude of ways.

Schools often take the opportunity to host school trips and activities that recognise aviation pioneers and historic achievements.

Over the years, Pennant has been involved in projects such as Tornado, Sea king, Hawk and Lynx, and recognises the achievements from its global workforce. Through modern technology and innovation, Pennant continues to support and offer solutions to the aviation industry, providing safe, reliable training and product support.
