Directorate Change Appointment of Group Commercial Director
Pennant International Group plc (“Pennant” or the “Group”), the AIM quoted supplier of integrated training and support solutions, products and services, principally to the defence, rail, aerospace and naval sectors and to Government Departments, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Joseph Clements to the Board as Commercial Director with immediate effect.
Mr Clements, aged 37, is a solicitor with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and practice gained over a number of years acting for both AIM quoted and private companies predominantly in the manufacturing, engineering and software sectors. He joined Pennant in June 2017 as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel and was previously with the law firm Charles Russell Speechlys LLP.
As Commercial Director, which is a new Board post, David will be responsible for the Group’s commercial, purchasing, quality, HR and Health & Safety functions, as well as focusing on corporate development.
